Returns

Jesselee Active understands selecting the right style and size online can be a little tricky. We try our best to offer you information regarding size, the fit, the fabric and style of items. Remember you can always email through a question about the size/style for advice.

Jesselee Active will accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused items in sellable condition; with the clothing tag attached – within 14 days of purchase. Please note this applies to full priced items. There are no refunds on sale items. 

How to return:

  1. Email us at jesselee.activewear@gmail.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return and you will receive a Returns Authorization number (R.A#) from customer service.
  2. Please keep the returning merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip
  3. Please indicate the R.A# on the outside of the box/ packaging where it is visible. This is necessary for easy, quick processing.
  4. Ship to Jesselee Active Headquarters. Note return shipping is paid by the customer.
  5. Please allow 7 days for Jesselee Active to receive and refund your item.

Exchanges

At this point in time Jesselee Active does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to jesseleeactive.com and submit a new order form for your new items.

Jesselee Active is not responsible for any lost items. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
